Guest guest
hi Sam, Below at the bottom of every post we have the link to .. At the bottom of this Web site go to "KY intro". It has a lot of info for beginners(also a lot of other Links). I would recommend a book that would help with a understanding of all the terms and technology of Ky. Gururattan has a book "Introduction to Kundalini Yoga" that answers all your questions. Have Fun! Guest guest
Sam, You may also want to try the Foundation for the Advancment of Human Knowledge website also. They have tons of information on the subject and people there to answer your questions. The best part about it is that it is a safe, free way of learning about kundalini yoga and other esoteric energy arts. Here is a link to it. http://www.fahk.org Brian <bkilton wrote: hi Sam, Below at the bottom of every post we have the link to .. At the bottom of this Web site go to "KY intro".
