Guest guest
SAT NAM, I would like to share the benefits of "CONQUERING PAIN" kriya with you all. Its has been only 10 days and I can feel the great benefits of this. This will strengthen the central nervous system and boost your energy to conquer pain. It also gives you great presence and mental clairy, peaceful sleep and more... I found this in AQUAURIAN TIMES spring edition. Here is how to do it. SIt in easy pose. stretch your arms 180 degrees. Right palm up , left palm faces ground. Hold the index and the middle finger together , ring and little finger together so that there forms a gap in between middle and ring. Breathe through mouth and exhale through nose. SAT NAM AKKAMA New and Improved Mail - Send 10MB messages!

Guest guest
Dear Akkama Thanks so much for sharing your results of the conquering pain kriya. How long are you doing this for? Do you do any other yoga or meditation before or after? Sat nam, Gururattan Kaur San Diego, CA
Guest guest
SAT NAM GRK and Chris, Chris, To answer to your Q ,.. I dont think we could even ever doubt wether the results of any KY excercise or Kriya are not cumulative!!. I think they are so intertwined and they all work together in balancing our Ten bodies... Although I have been practising KY since 2+ years I can feel the shift they caused to me in my life, my aura, my energy fields etc etc. Granted that we have to go through some grabage stuff during the release but I feel that just becomes part and parcel of the growth and I enjoy it..I know at times it can be hard but I take the name of GURU and lo... it reduces!!. The time requirement on this kriya is 3min (Min), 11mins recommended., right now I cannot hold my hands longer than 2mins but I am working towards that. Dear GRK, I have been doing this since only 10 days but I can feel a strong shield of great power constructed at my navel center and my Central Nervous system becoming stronger, recently a miracle happened to me related to pain and I know these are not uncommon to people with KY. Yes, I also do other KY excercises. basically, I do warm-ups to begin with, followed by Adi mantra , KY excercises and one KY kriya. This takes about 50min to 1hour. I am very grateful to the teacher/ "GURU" who blessed me with his when I was about to sink and could take no more.. I am very grateful to all of you from whom I learnt and continue to learn soooo much. Thanks, Akkama New and Improved Mail - Send 10MB messages!
