RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG Meditation

Sat Nam,

 

It is well over 40 days that I have been practicing the Gaitri Healing Mantra of

RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG (palms facing upward and out with the elbows touching

the lower ribs). Tears have been recently falling from my eyes and was

wondering if this is this considered a clearing? The same experience occurs

when practicing the Kirtan Kriya as well. Would love to hear anyone's experience

with this mantra.

Last weeks I have been crying daily tears of compassion, it started

at the yoga festival in Europe. Did you feel like crying from the

heart? The RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG Meditation is known a a healing

meditation. Every tear in this case is a blessing, it heals you, let

them come out without thinking or judgements - just be and let your

heart glow and radiate...

Dear friends,

 

On internet I heard the soundclip of RA MA DA SA of the Circle of

Light CD, by Gurudass. Only listening to it made me cry. I am so

touched by it, I played the soundclip several times.

 

This email group already helped me through several tough

times. I am only reading, no time to write since I am a devoted

mother of two little boys. Our family is going through difficult

times, most of them have to do with money. To be short, I cannot

afford a cd, dont even have a cdplayer, only a taperecorder. I

know it is probably against the rules to even ask, but for me and

for my two little boys (the big one of 5 is a high spirited boy and I

am sure he will love and thrive on this music/mantra) is it

possible that one of you could tape this cd for me and send it all

the way to Istanbul Turkey? I could pay in a bar of homemade

pure olive oil/essential oil soap.
