Sat nam everyone

I want to ask you advice. I have a pinch nerve in my spine just

between the shoulder blades. I think it is the nerve that goes to

the heart because I feel laming affect around the heart aria. What

exercises can I do to loosen the spine between the shoulder blades?

Thank you

Peter

Side twists with the hands on the shoulders are good. Press the shoulder

blades together to make sure the heart opens from the back too.

Shoulder shrugs to loosen up the upper spine.

Investigate the structural cause and see if it might be related to poor

posture. Does your head hang forward while at the computer and lead when

you are walking? This position of the head closes down the heart or is

partially caused by a closed heart that we want to protect. The

flexor/pector muscles in front shorten.

Do cobra and bow pose to lenghten these muscles and open the heart. Also

make sure you do neck lock while sitting, simply pulling the head back

slightly and tucking the chin so the heart opens.

Where are you from? (Few people seem to have remembered my request to add

there location after their name.)
