hi to everyone,

I ´ve a few doubts, respecting to the relations between the relations of the

positive, neutral and negative mind. my question is that i have read in many

places that is important to be positive in life, but i think or I experienced

that is better to be neutral, the most objective possible ,been realistic ,

although also with illussion, looking forward, expecting and doing the things to

happen. Is this right?

where can i find info about the 3rd body?

Is there any kriya to gain stability, equilibrium, i´ve problems walking,i tend

to go to the sides, I have plain feet( in spanish is called "pies planos")

What is suitable 4 this condition?,tree pose of hathayoga, the varyyas or

varuyas kriya?, anything better?

I´ve read that doing pranam mudra 40 times in 24 hours you can erase from your

owm magnetic field , your childish fears, phobias and negativity. Is this

correct? If this so, can be done more than once.

Thanks. Sat nam.

Dear Sergio,

* Good for you. You figured this out.. Neutral is the best place to be.

Neutral accesses the higher mind. Then you have the faculty to correctly

use the positive and negative minds. Obviously being positive is better

than being negative. The the two alternate when we don't operate from the

neutral mind. In the neutral mind we can choose thoughts that have a

positive impact and create the reality that we wish. And if we aren't sure

what that is, we can just be neutral and let the information come through,

instead of trying to make up some story that sounds good but only covers up

doubt and pain.

The problem with the be positive advice and affirmations is that we can't do

that unless we have cleared out our negativity. In neutral we can have a

better handle on clearing out the garbage and then we actually and be real.

* There is a new book out that Gordon is in the process of ordering for the

site. We will let you know when it is available.

* Cultivate being present in your legs and feet and lower chakras. Sorry I

don't know about the flat feet.

* Try it and find out, but yes you might have to do it more than once. These

techniques work on the issue specified but you also have to be willing to

look at what comes up so it can go. Just automated doing will probably not

have the effect you desire. It just isn't quite that simple. Alas :+)
