Hello - My name is Kellie! I have been experiencing some awesome things the past few years. Such as yoga postures,hand gestures and chanting in some kind of native american dialect. And just recently when this force roared through me my eyes rolled back my tongue pushed to the top of my mouth my teeth clenched so tight that I experienced pain in my jaws. I know that this is a K experience I would like some assistance to understand why and what? If you would please a reply on the tongue to the roof of my mouth. Stay grounded and integrate as best you can. Eat consciously. Do you have a teacher? Hopefully you do and you will ask for their guidance. You can always call on the lineage or Yogi Bhajan for guidance. Remember also the Guru is inside you...listen. Shakti will become your teacher as you untangle. Blessings and Light! There is a feeling of ease instead of feeling like what the h was that. I will take your advice and not intellectualize this to pieces and just be with this when it happens. Because at this point thats all I can do, I am amazed with this I cant wait to see or feel what mudra is next or what words or sounds will come from my mouth. If I may share one more thing, a journey that I experienced at the onset of this: This journey began and I was very small following these bare feet. I went up stairs and under an archway once through the archway I was on my back with masked faces moving at me. From there I flew over a valley with ridges and stopped in front of a tree with a great white light eminating from it. As I stood in front of the tree I watched people walking into the light. Then I grew roots and blended into the bark of the tree. Very foggy and as the fog cleared a cross rises from the fog and I am standing behind somewhat to the right of a man. A man with brilliant white hair, white toga type outfit light blue shirt, and the feet that I traveled with in the begining.
