Sat Nam Manoj,

My daughter has this same fear of someone breaking in

the house and harming her since early childhood and it

still remains, especially at night and she is now 16.

It is like she came pre-programmed with it.

Unfortunately my daughter does not practice KY. For

fear I would do any meditations or kriya's to

strengthen your

electromagnetic field and navel center. Also when

doing long deep breathing, exhale fully and pause

slightly before beginning to inhale, very important in

releasing fear. Nabhi Kriya, will strengthen your

navel power, and give you courage and power......do

you feel unempowered in other areas of your life? Sat

Kriya very good.

Thoughts have power..the conciousness you hold, your

vibration, will create the kind of life you are

living. You must create your peace and security

within yourself. The Kirtan Kriya (sa ta na ma) for 40

days or longer helps work with eliminating the

subconscious garbage.

Archer pose held 3 minutes on each side also good for

building fearlessness.

There is a set called Elimination of Fear, if you do

not have it, I can send it to you off line, just write

me.

Does anyone else have insight on instilled fears,

especially the fear of someone breaking in and harming

you? The

nighttime stranger (monster type fear that starts in

childhood, and oft remains into adulthood).
