Sat Nam,

It is well over 40 days that I have been practicing the Siri Gaitri Healing

Mantra of RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG (palms facing upward and out with the

elbows touching the lower ribs). Tears have been recently falling from my eyes

and was wondering if this is this considered a clearing/cleansing? The same

experience occurs when practicing the Kirtan Kriya and Sodarshan Kriya, as well.

I understand that this is a healing mantra

Would love to hear anyone's experience with this mantra.

Blessings to All,

Bliss, out of New York

Sat Nam to Bliss in New York!!!

In my own experience, the tears are most definitely sign of healing.

To me, KY is a self-healing yoga practice leading to self realization

illumination/enlightenment!!!!!!!

Yes and ....Tune into your emotions to find out the nature of your tears.

Sat Nam Gururattan Kaur & All,

Thank you for getting back and for all the excellent advice you provide.

However, there are no emotions when the tears begin to fall, only a burning

sensation. It's as if you are looking directly into the sun, without needing to

squint, or turn away. What may seem odd, is that the burning sensation doesn't

cause me to stop meditating. Could this be the sub-conscience clearing itself

out?

Peace Love & Light to All,
