Of course we can feel good after our efforts but it is often months later after some life altering event that we can "appreciate" what we have been doing.....that the full fruition of our efforts is realized. You are doing the work and making daily deposits but our concious mind and habitual self may need a kick in the ass. Only through "living" your life will you be in the position of getting a good ass-kicking. Take a risk, full in love, start teaching perhaps (what does your numerology say about your PATH?). When I do Sodarshan it is at the end of my practice or as part of the Aquarian Meditation, which is not to be confused with the Aquarian Sadhana (search Archives - keep clicking the "Next" button to keep going further into the previously posted messages) Kundaliniyoga/message/18150 >Thanks! It would not be fair to you for me to define in words what this posture is doing for you. A great deal of what is happening within you is very specific to you're present state of being and you're personal path. Some knowledge of your numerology (www.3HO.org) will reveal what context, and also give you a common language for what you are working with but even with that, only about 10% of the totality of our experience is conscious and knowable. You then have the Knowable Unknown, and lastly the Unknowable Unknown. So listen to yourself and trust the depth of your direct experience. > These two exercises >really help my anxiety and give me alot of courage and >if i knew what was being strengthened, maybe i could >find other exercises. Guest guest
Hi here's the birthday info July 9th, 1973.- Keep me seaching for a heart of gold, and I'm getting old... I checked numerology strengthen aura and subtle bodies were the recommendations. About the arm kriyas that help Balancing Nervous and Immune Systems and Conquering Pain, I don't mean for you to try to quantify or explain my personal experience but rather to tell my what the kriyas are working on. Could it be my Arc Line for example or my 7th or 8th body? -Thank you once again Dharam and Brad you guys are great! Your perspectives and insights really inspire me to continue the path of Kundalini, this exchange of knowledge and encouragement is makes me excited everytime I open my mail. Most importantly, I know I'm not alone. -Sat Nam-Chris
Guest guest
Sat Nam, I read your conversation and I think I see some similarities with my healing process. In the spring I used to do Sodarshan Kriya before sleeping and after that, I could have hours of being in the twilight zone between sleep an being awake. It was explained to me as a wonderful thing because this way much of the un/sub conscious items could be processed. I could be sleepy however the next day...but it was worth it. >From my own experience I would say do not wait for your new identity. By 'waiting' you are giving yourself the message that your are not what you want to be. This will hold you back, you will manifest the opposite from what you want. Get out of a waiting mode, if you are in. Don't 'expect' anything. State you intentions, work and have unconditional faith in that what is the best for you will happen. Putting a new program in the old system did not work out for me - the system itself needed to be renewed. The most beautiful experience in my life whas my recent participation to the European Summer solstice, including three days of white tantric yoga. The group energy caused the breakthrough for me, opened me in many ways. All the best, Rama Singh
