Thanks for your reply, this sounds like a good way to celebrate and

balance the sun and moon energy re: sun salutation and moon

salutation.

 

I will try the SA TA NA MA meditation. This month, anxiety has been

particularly troublesome, maybe this meditation will help?!

 

Thank you so much for the book title as well, I think I've seen it

recently and will look at it again at the bookstore, I believe it may

be the one you are talking about.

Women can do this meditation lying on the stomach with the chin on the

floor. The pressure on the chin balances the moon center, i.e. the

emotions. If your chin gets tired, turn your head to the side.
