I did the Aura Building Kriya in the past, and really didn't notice much difference in how I felt. When I started doing it I felt this pressure in the back of my head and aching sensation after 3mins I felt completely energized and different from before from my worrying state of mind. The breathing pattern is anti-depressive. This one really worked for me! Sit cross legged, or kneels and heels Inhale 4 equal parts with elbows straight, finger-tips on the ground palms up. Inhale one part on the ground, 2 inhale arms 30 degress, 3rd inhale arms parallel to ground, inhale 60 degrees, exhale down. 3mins.
