Recurrent thoughts

Dear all,

 

I found myself a bit depressed and guilty with recurrent negative thoughts

and fear.

Who knows some techniques to treat depression and to stop thinking

the same fearful thoughts again and again?

Check your numerology at www.3ho.org and try the
