Guest guest
Hi, I have another meditation I would like some help with, if anyone is familiar with it. I did it in a class with Ravi Singh but once again I didnt write down the instructions proplerly! (I have a few more in this category yet!) I am not sure of the left arm position. Thank you Craig Dubbo, Central NSW Australia (I travel a LONG way for my lessons! hehehehe) Meditation to Regenerate the Nervous System. This exercise helps the body regenerate. It is said to be able to heal shingles, hives and dormant viri (e.g. herpes and hepatitis) in the nervous system. The breath is the best medium. Sitting in easy pose, right hand is up taking an oath (i.e. the palm is facing away from you, at shoulder height, fingers point up to sky). The left hand is palm up, elbow against the ribs. (I guess the hand points forward, not across the stomach to the right elbow). Tongue is curled up onto the roof of the mouth, as if trying to swallow it. Eyes are 1/10th open. Top teeth over bottom teeth. Inhale over 10 secs. Hold for 10 secs. Exhale over 10 secs. Hold for 10 secs. Breath is light and long. Note: 15 seconds is the ideal time as we are then doing 1 minute breathing.
Guest guest
Left forearm is parallel to the floor, elbow pressed into left side, left palm is facing up. Also, you can mentally chant sa ta na ma in rhythm with the duration of each breath. Linda Ohio Hi, I have another meditation I would like some help with, if anyone is familiar with it.
