Guest guest
Sat Nam, Triggered by Chris' email some questions came into my mind. In my KY documentation I find yoga sets as well as exercises that stand on themselves, Kriyas, meditations etc. In some cases it is mentioned that an exercise has to be preceeded or succeeded by a specific exercise. How to look at combining things in one session? Can I do, e.g. a navel set followed by Sat Kriya? Or do Sodharsan Kriya in the evening followed by Tershula Kriya? Maybe not every day during 40 days but in case I have extra time would it be ok just to try out something new? There may be no gereral rules but some hints on approaching this would be very useful for me.
