Guest guest
Well, today I felt I must share my experience. I have always (7years off and on) had this hand pain , neck shoulder stiffness etc due to anxiety, work/stress etc. My stress level had gotten so severe that my muscles would often shiver, severe tension in thigh, legs , pain in entire right side of body etc. This was unnoticeable disease that I had. ad. Its been 3 years since doing Kyoga now. I can literally feel how my body and my soul is being healed!! This can be only felt and cannot be comprehended by the intellect/mind. I have made a leap jump in what I was to what I am ,. still a long way to go .. KY slowly worked from the pain backwards at times it would release heavy anxiety, it loosened my thighs/legs severe tension in stomach slowly enriched my muscles, expanded my lungs , purified my blood, grounded me first means touchng mother earth firmly as she is the healer, broadened my chest, alligned my head with the body, is healing me from within , is dissolving my cravings, increased my love for life, enriched my smile on my face, making me richer and richer in feeling life, in dwelling in GOD, in feeling happy every moment, in making me fearless, bright, tall , expanded , making me breathe the way GOD desired me to breathe, filling me with light, purity and sanctity, for I am realizing that we all crave for soemthing because we are diseased internally with the presence of our "EGO" the "I". KY is slowly working at dissolving the small "I" and that brings TREMENDOUS healing and takes us closer to WHO WE ARE, THE HIDDEN UNIVERSE IN OURSELVES, CALMS THE MIND , BUILDS INTUTION and makes us realize WE HAVE WHATEVER WE WANT RIGTH AT OUR DOORSTEP. It instills TRUE HAPPINESS, TRUE SACRIFICE , TRUE LOVE .... on and ON and ON the list is never ending ...Makes you realize INFINITY for that is what WE ALL ARE... TRULY THE INFINITE POWER OF GOD. SAT NAAM. SO HUNG.. I am forever indebted to YOGA and the MASTERS of YOGA.. YOGA.. NAMO , NAMO NAMO. AKkama
Guest guest
I feel you in a big way. KY is my new spiritual drug of choice. The best part is that there are no hangovers! Good luck with the healing. -Sat Nam - Chris Charles Brooklin, Maine --- akkamahadevi avanti <akku96 wrote: > Well, today I felt I must share my experience. > > I have always (7years off and on) had this hand > pain > , neck shoulder stiffness etc due to anxiety, > work/stress etc. > My stress level had gotten so severe that my muscles > would often shiver, severe tension in thigh, legs , > pain in entire right side of body etc. > This was unnoticeable disease that I had. > ad. > > > Its been 3 years since doing Kyoga now. Guest guest
Dear Akkama, Thanks you so much for sharing about your healing experience. I remember well the sincerity and desparation of your first letters. I wondered, at that time and intermittedly since then, if you would actually feel your feelings in your body as a way to cultivate self-love. Now I see that you are doing that and I am so pleased with your progress. For the rest of you, when she wanted to know how to experience self-love, I advised her to take one feeling in her body that felt good and to experience that and say with it. > Its been 3 years since doing Kyoga now. But now the difference is that you can see your progress and you are on your path. Everyday now will be a new adventure and every step will awaken you to a more expanded consciousness. My prayer for you and for everyone is that you enjoy the gift of life and its unfoldment. There is so much to experience and so much to be grateful for. Where are you from? Guest guest
SAT NAM GRK, I am glad to read your post and that you remember my posts. I am originally from Inida but now in Boise, Idaho since 4 years. Since you brought up a good point about self-love, I literally feel I am falling in love with ??? call it myself or divine but I know not clearly as yet. I feel so fascinated to see the nature and want to truely dwell in its beauty every moment. This feeling brings great joy and is assocaited with energy raising from navel to chest and head with automatic root locks and tears at times. I have not had any tingling sensation as yet so I am not sure if this energy that I experience is Kundalini. Well another aspect is I am seeing how much of a joy there is in just being aware or being an observer rather than that of "I AM THE DOER". Thank you all for this continued growth in me.
