Guest guest
Dear Linda, > I am new to this group, and never having had a Kundalini experience, nonetheless, Most of the people on this list have not had a Kundalini experience. And there are varying degrees of what that means. What we are after is to wake up, to be more conscious, to live consciously, to breathe consciously. Then we can live more fulfilling and satisfying lives. Glad you have joined us. Get started with your daily practice.
