Guest guest
Dear Group I am a newcomer to KY and have started by trying the Flexible Spine exercises which I have done for 40 days and am now continuing with this, accompanied by the breathing and Adi Mantra. I am finding it quite tiring to do because it seems to have re-triggered my chronic fatigue but I am continuing since things seem to be shifting slowly. My diet may be a factor too in the tiredness I suppose. Would you recommend anything to help please? Also, I am a reiki I attuned person and am wondering if the two, KY and Reiki are compatible? Thank you Anne from Newcastle, NE England

Then you need to do less and do it with less effort. Also relax between every exercise as I just expained in my previous email. > My diet may be a factor too in the tiredness I suppose. * No sugar, processed food or junk. > Would you recommend anything to help please? Do more breathing. > Also, I am a reiki I attuned person and am wondering if the two, KY > and Reiki are compatible? Yes. Guest guest
Hi Anne, I can relate to old issues coming back after starting KY. For me it is like old fears, old thinking and behaving patterns, old physical pains that came back. First I thought it was because of the yoga, now I understand now that I did not solve/processed them consciously in my younger years but simply covered them and pushed them under the surface by having new things in my life, and new things, and more things.... KY brings them back up and gives me hopefully ;-) the possibility to put them in the light of consciousness to have them vapourized. But when there is a lot reactivated that needs to be taken care of (like with most of the people) this can claim a lot of one´s energy, as it did with me.
