Guest guest
Dear All, I am new to this list. I have practised KY in class once a week for some years now and I am also trying to establish a daily practice at home. Following the discussions on this list for some time, I am amazed by the knowledge, wisdom and kindness expressed here. I will therefore ask for your guidance and thoughts in a personal matter. I have suffered from endometriosis for some years now. This means that I each month endure severe pain during my menstrual cycle. It also means that I can’t get pregnant due to endometriosis tissues in my ovaries. At the same time I have an overactive thyroid, this causes depressions, extreme tiredness etc. I think that the endo and the thyroid problems might be related (symptoms of the same thing?). I am not sure which symptom occurred first. I get medications for both symptoms and I am scheduled for IVF. However, I would like to get to the 'root of the problem', I think perhaps that my bodily symptoms are due to psychological matters and that my body is 'telling' me to heal my mind and body. I ask the list if you have any thoughts on this, any similar experiences or any knowledge about possible relations between the bodily symptoms and psychological meanings. Also, of course, I ask if you have any suggestions for kriyas and meditations that might help me to ease my dis-eases and to make the IVF successful. Guest guest
Sat Nam Aradhana, I had bad, bad, endometriosis and was told I would never have children and poof! I had a child. Never accept sentences from doctors. After having my child my endometriosis cleared. However, prior to having child, I did clean up my diet. No sugar, caffeine, no processed food and became a vegan. Endometriosis has been connected to women who are stressed out and type a. Continue with Ky, work on breathing 15-20 minutes a day, left nostril breathing to relax, sitali to cool off and relax.....ra ma da sa for healing. Do something everyday, even if just 5 minutes. Don't know about the thyroid, except I know working with cobra and cat cow are good. Work the navel center, Nabi Kriya, Stretch Pose. Be positive. Don't worry, be happy. Hang in there, Linda > > Dear All, I have suffer from endometriosis............ .. It also means that I can’t get pregnant ..
