Guest guest
After choosing a kriya, how much japji (chanting mantras), and meditations should I do in my daily practice? Could I do Nahbi, then wahe guru (7mins), EK ONG KAR SAT GUR PRASAD (11mins), and then Sodarshan Meditation? Or is it better to stick to one mantra in daily practice for 40days? Can I do Japji before a kriya, will it have the same transformational effect, without a centered navel or do I need navel power to have the mantra endure? I really liked the magic mantra and how i felt after 11mins and there is another mantra to instill courage that i want to add after. Can I do this? Is it better technique to chant the magic mantra without pauses sipping breaths to maintain the flow or can i take deep breaths pausing? -Chris Brooklin, Maine
