Guest guest
I have a friend who is having severe debilitating headaches. I seem to vaguely remember a post in the past dealing with this issue but I can't remember what it was. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Guest guest
Sat Naam, here is one from Ravi Singh: THe hands are at throat level in Bear Grip: left hand facing away from the body, right hand facing in towards the body, fingers hooked. The forearms are parallel to the ground. As you inhale the head turns left as the hands move to the right and as you exhale the head turns right as the hands to left. 1-3 min. Breath is thru the nose. This adjusts the neck and skull bones, a misalignment of which can be a cause for migraines. Other cause for migraines: over-abundance of mucous in the body and/or clogged colon. Yoga antidote to diary: black pepper. sat naam ranjit k. _______________ Get ready for school!
