Guest guest
Sat Nam all---thank you for sharing this story with us Gururattan Kaur this is Kris in Tucson, and I was watching the Closing of the olympics lastnight as well and most of the time I had the compultion to cry through most of it and even watching most of the games when someone would win and the crowd cheared I felt like cring. The way u describe what u expirienced in Athens came through to me when i read it cuz again I am cring, and your explanation is all that makes any since to me. I have been dealing with fears of my own lately and yesterday I felt the best after spending the morning at Church ( Unity ) and being around others that share positive and loving thoughts for others in the world, and spending much time getting in touch with who and what God is for me and in my life has been awsome and scarry at the same time. I know that the voice in my head that is affraid is just the ego afraid of not being in control anymore. There are times its difficult to decern which voice I am hearing and tooning into my intuition. I have been a very emotional person most of my life--said cuz the last few years it was stiffled, so i know that I am going through what appears at times to be a rebirth of sorts on many levels. so thank you again for sharing and letting me share Nameste Kris p.s. what is Sat Atma ? satatma wrote: Sat Nam Dear Gururattan and list! I have something I'd like to share with you all. I recently experienced a transformation of fear to bliss and the one thing that really uplifted me was love. Being together with nice and kind hearted people, spending our time together and doing simple things, being in each others presence.
Guest guest
Sat Nam dear Kris, Sat Atma is my spiritual name, it means True Soul. The story I wrote was adressed to Gururattan and the whole list of Kundalini Yoga because I experienced true healing in my heart through Love and felt that the whole world should know. Guest guest
Dear Sat Atma, Thank you so much for sharing about your experiences at the Olympics and how this opened your heart. The heart space is open at every moment and all we have to do is take advantage of this fact and feel it -- and together makes it infinitely more powerful. Having so many people align from a space of love is very inspiring and gives me lots of hope. Guest guest
Dear Gururattan Kaur Khalsa, I have had such a wonderful experience with the Kundaliniyaga experience ever since I began to use it many years ago. This last summer during a 40 day set I lost 25lb. It is so pleasing to have the experience filling my whole being. I would like to thank you for sharing your lessons with me. Guest guest
The Yoga I did for 40 days was a tape called fat free yoga. I all so did a few other things that were different from the yoga. To give you the name of the set of yoga, it was a tape I found from this yoga group. The fear to love I have been working on is from many different places. I go to many different churches, and read many different books, but I feel it all is good. thank you for asking. I am sorry that it took me so long to answer. Sat Nam Siri Devta Kaur Joan Lockwood <cfpp wrote: What set was practiced for 40 days last summer Siri Devta Kaur? From fear to love?
