Guest guest
Sat nam all, just on this acidophilus subject I thought I'd mention for some on the list who haven't thought of it and do have some of these stomach problems that we bought a yoghurt maker not so long ago and now make our own using the bought dry powder packets. Because it is so fresh it is reputed to have billions of the live bacteria rather than just millions (that shop-bought ones may by the time they get to you) and as well as the delicousness of it the benefit on the gut is palpable (it's a smoothness in ya tummy!). I guess its not exactly eliminating dairy though. I presume the makers and sachets can be found in the US and many other places. It's been very effective for me. One to two (one works for me) teaspons is all you need everytime you feel the urge for something sweet, and the craving is gone. Overtime, it helps to eliminating your taste for sweets!
