Sat Nam Everyone,

Sugar and chocolate cravings, may increase during one's monthly cycle, but found

that it can be curbed through the use of organic blackstrapp molassses

(unsulphured). It's been very effective for me. One to two (one works for me)

teaspons is all you need everytime you feel the urge for something sweet, and

the craving is gone. Overtime, it helps to eliminating your taste for sweets!

One of the reasons why many of us may crave sugar, could be due to something

called candidiasis albicans, a yeast infection/fungus that lives and begins in

the intestinal tract. Everyone has a certain amount of candida that lives in

balance with the good bacteria found in the intestinal tract. It's when the

body's ph balance becomes unbalanced, that this type of fungus/bacteria will

rapidly multiply into Candidiasis Albicans, which in turn, finds its way to

other parts of the body, via "sporing" through the intestinal walls and into the

rest of the body. This is has also been referred to as the "leaky gut"

syndrome.

Through the use of antibiotics, the good bacteria in the stomach is destroyed,

can trigger a host of other ailments such as, migrains, pms, skin rashes,

eczema, psorisis, depression, menstrual irregularities, muscle/joint aches and

pains, constipation, weight gain, endometriosis, allergies, cravings,

irritability, stress, fatique and feelings of dullness. These are symptoms that

most doctors will refuse to equate antibiotics or Candidiasis being the root

cause.

Candidiasis can be quite debilitating and believed to be the culprit to many

ailments. What you can do, is after a round of antibiotics, you may want to

consider taking acidophilus, which restores the good flora back into the

digestive tract. Also, eliminating dairy, yeast & sugar helps too.

Blessings to All,

obsession. Let me first start off by telling you

that I am a sugar

addict. I don't eat sugar now but it is something

I must maintain a

constant awareness of. Whatever you do DO NOT go

cold turkey when it

comes to sugar if you really feel a sort of

obsession with it. The

cravings will intensify. Don't let yourself go

too long without

eating being hungry will increase temptation. Eat
