On 8/30 Ranjit described a movement useing the bBear Grip and turning

the headfor a headache remedy. I am not sure that I fully understand

how to do it. Is there a picture of this being done available someplace?

Thank you..............

Sat Naam! Here's how it is done!

BEAR GRIP: Left palm faces out from body with thumb down, and right palm

faces body, thumb up, and fingers are curled and hooked together to

stimulate the heart and intensify concentration.

this is copied directly from the mudra page at

http://kundaliniyoga.org/mudras.html -- there is an illustration of it there

as well!

Ek ong kar Sat Naam

ranjit k.
