Guest guest
Gururattan, Thank you so much for your encouragement. I have been working on opening the heart chakra, and have been very teary and vulnerable. Now it seems that when someone is loving or compassionate towards me, I start crying. As far as how often I have uprisings...I practice every day. Although I get up at 4:15 a.m., my practice is at night. It still seems to really help to get up at this magical time, though. I feel flooded with energy every morning. I seem to be oversensitive to the pain in those around me, but I've always had that empathetic tendency. I just need to learn to separate and send healing to others, not sponge in their pain. Newest pattern I've recognized is attracting brialliant teachers who are possessive, cruel, and abusive. This is a challenging one, as I love my current ballet teacher. I know the behavior is hurting me, but artistically I'm hitting heights that are mind blowing. I'm hoping to get the work done, and not crumble emotionally. I'm definitely being guided to my destiny as a dancer and writer through this work. It puts you in the fast lane! I'm in Canyon Country, CA (near Valencia...) Thank you for the help and wisdom, Sat Pal Kaur (Stephenie)
Guest guest
Dear Sat Pal Kaur, > Thank you so much for your encouragement. * You are most welcome. I have been working on opening the heart chakra, and have been very teary and vulnerable. * This is a stage. The heart is sensitive like a flower but also has the strength of a steal knife. Work on strengthening your aura and nervous system. I just need to learn to separate and send healing to others, not sponge in their pain. * Yes boundaries. Strengthening the navel and aura will help. > Newest pattern I've recognized is attracting brialliant teachers who > are possessive, cruel, and abusive. Sounds like an abusive person who has the behavior pattern. Tune into the instruction and not the personality. You can do it!
