Guest guest
Hello, I can't answer the first part of your post, but Ravi Singh's books have been very helpful to me as far as their descriptions of what the exercises do for the body. It's interesting to learn what the benefits are. Often the purpose can be suprising. Guest guest
Sat Nam, Does anyone know of a good book discussing anatomy as it relates to KY? I have seen one concerning anatomy relating to Hatha Yoga. * There is none specifically for KY. The one on hatha yoga will work for KY since we use many of same postures. * You might like to check out the book Divine Alignment by Guru Prem Singh. (available on www.yogatech.com He has studied KY and hatha yoga extensively and explains how to do the postures correctly.
