Guest guest
Sat Nam As I told in the previous e-mail I´ve got a doubt about next steps on my spriritual practice. The thing is that I´ve been following a constant routine for 60 days now and though 40 days seem to be enough anyway I´m gonna keep it still for 2 months more or so cause it´s being marvellous. The question for which I´ve got no answer at all is what Kriyas or meditations should I do next cause I suppose there must be some criteria to select them so If you can answer me I need help on it. My actual routine is: 1.-Morning Sadhana (from 4:30 till 6:30) I do set on page 36 transitions to a Hearth centered world (the one that includes pelvic lifts) and afterwards the set to maintain a flexible spine , the one that finishes with Sat Kriya. Then to meditate, first I do a short meditation (the one for the Aquarian Sadhana) chanting Guru Ram Das for 5 mts. And then I do a meditation chanting triple mantra during 11 mts, afterward to finish my morning spiritual practice I do 11 mts. of relaxation. 2.- Evening Practice: In the evening or sometimes in the night (depend on the days) before going to sleep I do The Kriya to balance and strenghthen the immune and nervous system included on transitions to a hearth centered world is the one you sit, right arm straight like shooting a derringer and left arm moving up and down (roughly explained). I do this cause I am the genuinous virgoans very calm outside but a lot of nerves and fears inside, so I thought I needed to strenghten my nervous system and I feel that step by step is working. Then I do as meditation the RA MA DA SA SAY SO HUNG one cause in my tantric numerology study they recommended for me a healing meditation. This is what I´m doing today and the fact is that there are no words to say how helpful it is being. But I´ve got two questions: a.- It´s right the combinations of kriyas and meditations that I´m doing? I suppose so cause I fell much better but may be doing something wrong. b.- Ant the econd and most important doubt for me now is: In 60 more days or so when I am supposed to change some kriyas or meditations to work on other sides of myself. What criteria should I follow to choose the kriyas and meditations to do next? Sorry for being so long. Thank you for reading it. God bless you all. Juan Jose Canary Island Spain P. S. : I ´ve got the first four Gururattan books and others so I´ve got a lot of kriyas and meditations to choose. _______________ Reserva desde ahora tus vacaciones en MSN Viajes. Guest guest
Dear Juan, Sat Nam! You are a most devoted student. I am impressed with your rigorous schedule. I hope you have read the latest NMBeing newsletter on Virgo. I´ve been following a constant > routine for 60 days now and though 40 days seem to be enough anyway I´m > gonna keep it still for 2 months more or so cause it´s being marvellous. * There is no rule to stop after 40 days. You get greater mastery the longer you do the same set and meditation. Up to 1000 days. > The question for which I´ve got no answer at all is what Kriyas or > meditations should I do next cause I suppose there must be some criteria to select them * There is no set criteria. You choose what you want to do. Experiment and find what you like and do that. It is great to do a set and meditation like you are doing for 40, 90, 120 days. You will know. At some point you will feel it is time for the next adventure. > My actual routine is: * Your routine is great, most impressive. Be sure to include time to just be and silently meditate on the effects. A prayer at the end of the relaxation and long Sat Nams would finish it off well. > 2.- Evening Practice: > > In the evening or sometimes in the night (depend on the days) before going > to sleep I do The Kriya to balance and strenghthen the immune and nervous > system included on transitions to a hearth centered world is the one you > sit, right arm straight like shooting a derringer and left arm moving up and > down (roughly explained). * This is a very good one. Takes a lot of effort. > I do this cause I am the genuinous virgoans very calm outside but a lot of > nerves and fears inside, so I thought I needed to strenghten my nervous > system and I feel that step by step is working. * This the the criteria. You know it is what you need and you feel it is working to bring you that benefit. > > Then I do as meditation the RA MA DA SA SAY SO HUNG one cause in my tantric > numerology study they recommended for me a healing meditation. * Good choice. > This is what I´m doing today and the fact is that there are no words to say how helpful it is being. * This is the criteria and the confirmation. > a.- It´s right the combinations of kriyas and meditations that I´m doing? * Fine. I suppose so cause I fell much better but may be doing something wrong. * all is well. > b.- Ant the econd and most important doubt for me now is: In 60 more days or so when I am supposed to change some kriyas or meditations to work on other > sides of myself. > What criteria should I follow to choose the kriyas and meditations to do > next? * Follow your heart. Experiment. Enjoy the adventure. I ´ve got the first four Gururattan books and others so I´ve got a > lot of kriyas and meditations to choose. * Great. You have a lifetime supply. Move on to the next friendly kriya and meditation when you are ready. There is so much to enjoy.
