Hi Peter,

Sometimes it feels gooood and even quite rich to just BE with our

frailness and humanity --> http://www.sahej.com/mysticism.html

Technically speaking my guess is this is tension (acidity?) you have

been carrying around for awhile and that part of the detox experience is

a more acute sense of what your body is dealing with.

It is important to note that when we begin to clean and clear out

our over-burdened alimentary canal, the rest of our systems can finally

begin to let go of their toxic load. Cleansing the intestines actually

triggers a toxin release throughout our whole being -- mental, physical

and spiritual. It's like when trying to clean our house....we can't

begin if the waist bucket is already full??

Feel good about what you done and/but you can go a lot further, and

more deeply cleanse this "earthen vessel" of ours so that we can begin

to appreciate its treasures. Check out this download at

http://www.sahej.com/The_Cleanse_Brochure.pdf .

Also, you might have fun with the Kriya on page 82 of "Transitions to a

Heart Centered World". Do it after another set or a least some warm-ups

like the series on page 110. I don't know your level of practice but do

it for maybe 5 minutes then rest 5 minutes and then do another 5

minutes. You should be tingling. If that felt great then slowly increase

your times.
