Guest guest
Hello, I have a few things I would like to ask. I have seen some images in a book I bought about Shakti. As I understand it these are the female compliment to the male deities associated with various cakras. Does this correspond to the idea of the right side of the body being associated to the masculine energy and the left to the feminine? Also, in the images I have seen, the Shakti quite often seem to be holding morbid objects in their hands while their male conterparts seem to be holding typical religous symbols. Is there some reason for this. Why can I find out more about these deities? I raided the books at my local theosophical society but was unable to find what I was looking for. One more, does anyone know of a good book discussing anatomy as it relates to KY? I have seen one concerning anatomy relating to Hatha Yoga. Would this suffice for someone interesting in learning? Thank you for your time and your always interesting discussing that I like to read, Steven McLachlan _________ALL-NEW Messenger - all new features - even more fun! http://uk.messenger.
