Guest guest
Hi everyone; My wife and I have been doing KY for close to 3 months now. Last week her breasts started getting sore and this week her period started after 3 years of menopause (she is 54 now ). She skipped second childhood and went straight to second puberty. Has this happened to anyone else?? Is there something that we are doing wrong(for her)? Please let us know. Understandably she is more than a little perplexed and is wondering if she should continue doing the yoga. I look forward to your replies Jim
Guest guest
Dear Jim, > My wife and I have been doing KY for close to 3 months now. Last week her breasts started getting sore and this week her period started after 3 years of menopause (she is 54 now ). * Great. Her body is producing more estrogen now which has brought back her periods. Women need the estrogene that their body produces as long as it can. When the body stops producing estrogen there is a scramble to find estrogen replacements. > Has this happened to anyone else?? * It has. Is there something that we are doing wrong(for her)? * No. This is good. Enjoy the renewed energy. And continue doing K yoga. It is working. Guest guest
Hello Jim, Yes it happened to me with 60. In my case a hormonal imbalance. Blood tests to find which one is lacking and the proper treatment. There are natural ways to take care of it. I first had to stop the bleeding which became a bit too heavy. I also was afraid to continue my KY and stopped for a few days but then I decided to face it with nabbhy and immunity kryas, endocrin and nervous system sets. I am still living it and somehow it made me feel younger and stronger. Of course I had some ups and downs in the beginning but doing KY is a never ending story of good health and high spirits. Just live to it and dont be afraid. Take good care of her ! Sat Nam Sotanter k. Rio de Janeiro > Hi everyone; > My wife and I have been doing KY for close to 3 months now. Guest guest
Dear Sotanter Kaur, I also was afraid to continue my KY and stopped for a few days but then I decided to face it with nabhi kriya and immunity kriya, endocrine and nervous system sets. * Don't do lots of heavy navel exercies and nabhi kriya while you are bleeding. But do them other times to strenghten the whole lower area. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
