Guest guest
Additional input. The book entitled "Touch for Health" by John Thie, D.C.gives you descriptions of the muscles and the meridians that correspond to them. Go to http://www.sahej.com/meridians.html for a peek. The book is very thorough with a good number of drawings and photos. Give yourself some time to study Ayurveda. Ayurveda is applied Yogic Science or vice versa. http://www.sahej.com/asana_for_your_type.html and http://www.sahej.com/ayurveda_intro.html are a couple of decent links.
