Guest guest Posted September 15, 2004 Report Share Posted September 15, 2004 Sat Nam, I'd like to thank Gururattan and all the others who kindly offered suggestions and advice on how to break an addiction to sugar/caffeine. I have found that eating more protein and more fruit (in addition to navel exercises) has helped alot - I have made substantial progress over the last three weeks. I have much more energy as a result of these changes - but I now find that I am waking up almost two hours after I fall asleep each night. Do you think this could be caused by the change in diet? I am usually unable to fall back to a deep sleep. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was also wondering whether "Sat Kriya" is considered a naval exercise. Thanks to everyone on this list who shares their insights, knowledge and wisdom from their experience.
