update re: breaking an addiction to sugar/caffeine

Sat Nam,

I'd like to thank Gururattan and all the others who kindly

offered suggestions and advice on how to break an addiction to

sugar/caffeine. I have found that eating more protein and more

fruit (in addition to navel exercises) has helped alot - I have made

substantial progress over the last three weeks. I have much more

energy as a result of these changes - but I now find that I am

waking up almost two hours after I fall asleep each night. Do you

think this could be caused by the change in diet? I am usually

unable to fall back to a deep sleep. Does anyone have any

suggestions? I was also wondering whether "Sat Kriya" is considered

a naval exercise.

Thanks to everyone on this list who shares their insights,

knowledge and wisdom from their experience.
