update re: breaking an addiction to sugar/caffeine

Sat Nam,

I would like to thank Gururattan and all the others who kindly

offered suggestions and advice on how to break an addiction to

sugar/caffeine. I have found that eating more protein and more

fruit (in addition to navel exercises) has helped a lot - I have

made substantial progress over the last three weeks. I have much

more energy as a result of these changes - but now I find that I am

waking up almost two hours after I fall asleep - without the ability

to return to a sound sleep. Do you think this could be caused by

the change in diet? Does anyone have any suggestions?

I was also wondering whether "Sat Kriya" is considered to be a

navel exercise.

Thanks to everyone on this list who shares their insights,

knowledge and wisdom from their experience. It is wonderful
