Sat Nam all

Just a few words to tell something that has been very helpful to me and

maybe could be useful for anybody else.

I´m a really newbie at Kundalini Yoga, just 6 months practicing it, but it´s

only bringing me joy and many other marvellous thing so no doubt the effort

(i.e.: waking up for sadhana everyday) is absolutely rewarded.

At the beginning when I had bibliography and music enough to support my

practice (Gururattan books among others) I had the doubt of what Kriya and

meditation choose. I chose a way that is being very good to me and hope it

can be good to anyone with the same doubts.

The thing is that I decided is to Know myself better so that I could work first

and strong on that points that are making me feel bad more intensively, so I

decided to do this in two ways:

1 - Internally: Listening to my heart just because nobody knows me better

than me. Knowbody knows better which aspects of me makes my heart and soul

feel happy joy and radiant and which ones provoke the opposite.

2 -Externally: I´m using two tools that are being absolutely helpful to

improve my self knowledge and they are freely accesible to everybody. These

are:

- The New Millenium Being e-zine letter. It´s got super useful

description of all the sun signs. Nice literature. If you do a quiet reading

of them sure you will recognize and even learn some things about you.

- The tantric numerology available at 3HO. Extremely helpful too. I add

another hyperlink where you can find more on it.

These two information sources are being a very powerful tool to set some

criteria to choose my Kundalini Yoga sets and meditation among all the

possibilities that are included in the books.

No doubt anyway that above all I must listen to my heart and feel how my

body feels after my daily practice to confirm that I´m not in the wrong

way.

Million thanks all of you for your questions and answers.

Sat Nam,
