I did consult an ophthalmologist and found I had shifted/bruised the vitreous part of my eye that is touching the retina, hence the symptoms. I did it being a little too vigorousLynn H. Can be a result of a blow to the head, a lot of boxers have them. Also a sign of a detached retina. Worthy of getting checked out. I have been getting them for years on a daily basis. Mine are white, blue and black halos. Are you a migraine sufferer? I do notice that they are most pronounced when I am doing any physical activity.
