Guest guest Posted September 18, 2004 Report Share Posted September 18, 2004 Thought I would say I am feeling some progress with doing flexible spine exercises - they are much easier and I can feel some warmth now in my spine when I do them. I am developing a rhythm and beginning to enjoy them. Previously I was very stiff and cold and it was a real effort to make myself do them. Also the breathing is good because I realise I have never breathed deeply like this in my life. Thank you for the encouragement I have received from the group.
