I sometimes want to start this lesson but I m really busy. I dont have any idea yet about Kundalini Yoga. What is the differnce with other yogas? which is the best yoga? Is there any free online Yoga lesson here? I really do not want to buy because I dont have credit cards. I just want to start some basic where its simple to understand and easy to follow step by step. Im very glad if you can reply to my mail Thanks and more power!
