Guest guest
It's my impression that at this time in the Earth's evolution, many are experiencing a spiritual awakening, the rest of the Earth body then has to follow, so lots of old patterns rise to the surface, and it can feel as if we've made no progress. I like KY for it's clearing of negative energy build up, but we can open up to kundalini experiences by following our path to enlightenment by whatever way we are guided, such as going to a bookshop and finding a particular book. Maybe it catches our eye or maybe it falls of the shelf at our feet. We know the right material comes to us at the time when we need it most. Don't force anything. Take it from me. I practiced yoga/meditation for only three days and I had a kundalini rising. It has been probably a month now and I still haven't recovered. Every night I can't sleep and I feel surges running throughout my body, I get depression attacks that I've never had before, headaches, and overall worsened health and well-being. Just relax and enjoy the health benefits of yoga/meditation. I'm waiting for this kundalini energy to calm down so I can safetly start yoga/meditation practices again. --Matt

These are the years of many great awakenings. Good luck in your journey.
