Sat Nam Betty!

May I take the liberty of changing the subject heading? You have answered

many of your own questions dealing with power and creativity.

"As a matter of fact, I am only functional in my job

right now, where I invest most of my time and energy

available."

Our personal power and creativity WILL arise out of what we invest our time

and energy in.

To strengthen projection and will power do navel center work. Nabhi Kriya is

a great one! Whatever your experience was in the past with Kundalini; it is

still with you, it can't be lost.

Everything happens of it's own time, nothing is accidental. Perhaps if you

were to practice Nabhi Kriya and then sit in Akaaaaaaaal meditaion (with your

friend that has left their body) and then listen; you will be guided by your

heart center (so heavy now with grief) back to your path. Have you checked out

your Tantric Numerology Reading on Yogi Bhajan's site? www.3HO.org It is

important to become aware of where you are expending your energy, call it back

and

move out again from the navel center! Be kind to yourself and allow yourself to

grieve, I sense that you are surprised at the extent of your grief? Grief is

the heaviest and most destructive (to the immune system) of emotions. You seem

to be experiencing this heaviness, heal your heart center with Akaal and then

let the sweetness AND power back into your life situations.

Blessings in Light!
