Sat Nam, dear Siri Ram Kaur,

well, I prepared a small handout where I have written down

'ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO'

and below in a smaller font:

Translated: 'I greet the wise teacher within me and outside of me'

This sound contacts your inner teacher, and connects you to all yoga

teachers, sort of like the beautiful blue ocean connects one wave to

another! When you tune in this way, you are saying, 'I am making a special

space so the best can come to me!

This is the explanation of Shakta Kaur Khalsa which I picked directly from

her book 'Fly like a butterfly'.

To be honest - the kids were not interested in any explanation :-o

They feel the sound and follow it, they like it and after a few times they

chant deep from their heart.

The explanation above therefore serves more to inform the parents what we

are doing ;-)

I'll send you my scripts for the visualizations in a separate mail.

I sing the version of the 'May the longtime...' which I know - and so far I

know only one ;-)

Sending you blessings and light from Shanghai,

Adarsh S.
