Guest guest
Sat Nam! First I just wanted to say how grateful I am that such an email group exists-No matter what the day brings there is always this source of Love and Light sitting in my email box Thank you all! I was wondering if it is okay to do Long Ek Ong Kars in the morning instead of the Auarian Sadhana. I occassionally attend Sadhana at the Gurdwara where I live but frequently I wake sometimes even for a moment in the ambrosial hours with an urge to do some Long EK Ong Kars...... Love and Light to ALL! Akal Singh (Going through my first Saturn return as I live in Eugene, Oregon) _______________________________ Declare Yourself - Register online to vote today! http://vote. Guest guest
Dear Akal Singh, > I was wondering if it is okay to do Long Ek Ong Kars > in the morning instead of the Auarian Sadhana. Yes. Long Ek ong kars was the first morning sadhana meditation given by Yogi Bhajan. If you get the urge follow it. This is very special to have your inner self moving you to chant this powerful and beautiful meditation. I would actually suggest doing this every day for at least 11 minutes during your Saturn return. It will move you through it with more light and awareness. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur San Diego.
