Has anyone experienced the Divine Shield Meditation?

I'm practiced it, and I experience some positive

effects but there is still a current of fear

underneath. This increases the aura and promises

positivity and fearlessness. I still find that the

Conquering Pain Kriya opens me up to express myself

fully. Look for it on old message posts. What is this

Kriya doing exactly? If someone could tell me I'd be

grateful. It involves extending the arms with right

palm up and right palm down "Spock fiingers" breathing

through mouth and exhaling through nose for 11mins.

What body is this influencing? If anyone has any info.

on the divine shield or the other kriya, I'd

appreciate it. Meanwhile im doing aura building arm

chops hoping the fear and depression will go away so i

can get on with life. Also doing the healing the

spiritual, mental, and physical bodies meditation in

the evenings for about 20 days now. In the words of

Curtis Mayfield similar to Yogi B. "Got to keep on

keepin on!" Baltimore, MD-Chris
