Guest guest
Sat Nam Chris! The Divine Shield Meditation through the use of "maaaaa" connects you to your heart center, crying out as a baby for compassion and protection (ma). This is the "shield" you are employing as you work on expanding the aura. It takes a great deal of work to expand the aura in a more stable way, as opposed to the act of temporary expansion through some of the aura building kriyas you mention. In this kriya you are turning toward God but you must cross the path of fear, or what ever else has been karmically created by "you" on your quest to the Divine. You mentioned 20 days of practice, is that for all of the kriyas you are working with? If so, keep going! 40 days is a key point, 120 days is also a turning point, but 1000 days create mastery. You seem to be working really hard, that's great, now just keep on keeping on! You will notice the incredible transformation with this kriya as you keep up! Light, Love, and Divine Protection! Guru Ravi Kaur If you make it a regular practice, a sadhana, you will become positive, fearless and happy. Nothing will stop you as you pursue your goals. It will eliminate the feeling of loneliness and separation from your soul. The sound of “ma†calls on compassion and protection. It is the same sound that a baby uses to call on the mother. In this case, your soul is the child and the universe becomes the mother. If you call, she will come to your aid and comfort. When this shield is strong, it is easy to sense the tide of the universe, the tao. You become spontaneous and vital as you move in rhythm with the greater Reality of which you are part. When the shield is strong you are protected from the impact of your own past actions. You are like a great ship that turns toward God and Reality and then must cross the waves of your own wake that you created by your past actions. The shield keeps you alert and awake to the real task of your life.
Guest guest
Sat Nam Ravi Kaur, The Divine Shield Meditation makes a lot of sense to me. Please explain how this kriya is performed and the full mantra. Often when I am in trouble, I call out to my mother and receive some help or release from the pain. Love and Light Theresa

Guest guest
It can be found at www.suzankezios.com. I find that i feel blissed out after 22mins. of maaaaaaaa. After pain return but with each day it takes longer to come back, my hope with practice that i will have a full day without. Also, try 7th body kriya, it helps and Kriya for conquering pain works all day, but is ultimately a temporary solution i feel. check posts on the in August for that one. Also, www.kindredspirits.com has two different kriyas for clearing debris from the magnetic field Clearing the Arcline and another check it out. These kriyas have helped me, but everyone is different. Good luck.-Chris - BPL <bpl wrote: > > Sat Nam Ravi Kaur, > > The Divine Shield Meditation makes a lot of sense to > me. Please explain how > this kriya is performed and the full mantra.
