Guest guest
Sat Nam, I've been doing the Tratakum meditation & chose to do it with the Orange background (since I knew I'd be doing it for awhile)...in the instructions they mentioned that you could use different colors of paper for different days.... could you please share with me what different colors there are & what days they represent & also...what effect/meaning each color has.... I would like to know also what the color Orange represents & why was it recommended that we use that color "if" we intended to do this meditation for an extended period of time??? Peace to all,Love to all,Life to all..."Wahe Guru" Jiwan Shakti Tampa FL

We default to the color associated with Thursday because that is the day of the teacher, ruled by Jupiter. It represents the energy of expansion and learning. It is also an excellent color to encourage vitality and healing in the body. Sat Nam, Dharam > > >
