Guest guest
Dear Sat Pal Kaur, Sat Nam, and another great big thank you for sharing with me your thoughts and advice on the psychic attacks. I will definitely be trying the epsom salts. I too, briefly stop practicing, usually when the emotions arise, and then return to it. It's all so very facinating, isn't it? However, I would like to learn more about closing the chakras, but at the same time, does closing them down defeat the purpose of leaving them open? I also wondering if Reiki would be beneficial. This may be of interest to you, but I just purchased a book by Judy Hall called The Art of Psychic Protection, and whilst skimming through it, it mentions "strengthening the aura", which seems to make sense. Another book purchased yesterday, and you may already own this one, is Relax & Renew, by Gururattan Kaur Khalsa, Ph.D. & Ann Marie Maxwell, which has some excellent Anger Sets, one in particular that I will be practicing is called "Repairing Damage to the System of Ill-placed Anger. If you don't have this book, and would like, I can send some of these sets your way. Also included are self-protection tips, which all focus on the navel center. Some tips are to "wear a soft cotton cummerbund around the middle, one long enough to go around 3 times. Another is to imagine an impenetrable, protective shield around you". Most important is to strenghten the electro-magnetic field. You are wonderful and would like to thank "thee" once more! Please know that my prayers are with you as well. All good things to you. Guest guest
Greetings, I am new to the group and very glad to be here. Were you told to use the epsom salt in a bath? I just wanted to tell you that I was told to add sea salt and applecider vinegar to the bath also and it is great for 20 minutes. Guest guest
Hi Bliss, Your books sound great. I'll have to order them. I also really like Sonia Choquette's books. They go along well with the Kundalini Yoga practice. One of the simplest thing she suggests is to avoid negative situations. I find that I often put myself around people that really aren't healthy for me. I suffer afterward, and it's really because I made the choice when I knew better.I ordered her books and tapes through the library. I wish there were more Kundalini Yoga materials available there!
