I am definitely no expert on this but I think it takes Saturn 28 years to return to the place it was when you were born... however I imagine it is not exactly when you turn 28 and may be a little before or after. As you may have read it may be a time for changes in your life or retrospection or both. However I would suggest to not expect anything to happen and just ride the waves and understand anything that does happen will pass away shortly... I hope this helps.
