Guest guest
Sat Nam Guru Ravi Kaur! Thank you so much for responding to my query of queries, and for your most helpful insight/advice!! You have no idea, but you and others have made me feel that much better, knowing that the anger surfacing is part of the healing process. Months have gone by where I have felt so at peace with myself and the world, and only recently, negative emotions have taken me for a complete loop! It's wild! The confusion here lies in how does one release the anger of one's past constructively, without hurting the feelings of those in the present? My recent behaviour has left me feeling just awful & rather drained. I just cannot understand the logic between getting the anger up and out is any better, or different than keeping it locked in. Both seem to have negative affects when it comes to one's internal health. All in all, this type of severe anger/frustration has never come out of me like this before, only my eyes and ears have witnessed this coming from those that I once lived and worked with. I can just imagine this has done to my liver and blood. On the subject of psychic attacks, before all meditations and sets, I always, always tune in to Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo and end with either a long Sat Nam, or Long Time Sun. As for the heat that I experience during and after the Sadhana, and Sodarshan Chakra Kriya, it gets pretty intense, almost burning sans a temperature, and do believe it's a bit too early for menopause (at least I hope so). I stopped these meditations because I wasn't sure of the affect it would have on my brain, but then again, what do I know??? The Kirtan Kriya and the Gaiyatri Mantra, have definitely created some negative stirrings, and do feel zapped of my energy, which brought up the question of psychic attacks, that I understand come from a depletion of energy, or a weakened aura/navel. The amount of Yoga and navel sets that I do, makes me question that. Anyway, I am open to all possibilities and insights you or anyone else in this wonderful group would like to share, so by all means, please fill me in! Peace, Love & Light, Bliss It sounds as if you have(had) a wonderful practice and that it is working!!!! I've been practicing RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG for some time now, and of late, have been experiencing awful outbursts of anger & agitation. How do I release these debilitating emotions? By practicing Ra Ma Da Sa and Sodarshan Chakra Kriya you are releasing the subconscoius mind of "it's" garbage. Yogi Bhajan said of Sodarshan it cuts out all darkness. There is no time restraint, we all have our own garbage pit and we can clean it out fast or slow. (paraphrasing:) ) It sounds as if you ARE releasing the debilitating emotions. May I suggest you send yourself love and healing at the end of Ra Ma Da Sa and also invite Yogi Bhajan into your heart for healing? You will experience his healing love in this way. I had to stop Sadhana, Sodarshan Chakra Kriya, Kirtan Kriya, and the Gaiyatri Mantra because of the heat it was causing. ?? could you explain further? If you are experiencing the stirrings of Shakti and the heat that comes with it, why do you stop? She is burning up your debilitaing emotions! I've read that individuals who meditate can be exposed to psychic attacks. Is this true? Not if you tune in to the Golden Chain, chant mantra (protection) and tune out at the end of your practice. Are you practicing Nabhi Kriya to strengthen your protection and projection? Blessings in health and light! Guru Ravi Kaur
