Guest guest
For women, what is the necessary amount of time to 'de-mingle' your aura from a partner you have had sex with? Why is it different for men and women? Sat Nam, Krishan Shiva K.
Guest guest
Thanks for the post Dharam. I posted my last question below before your detailed post arrived in my mailbox. 'How long does it take for a woman to 'de-mingle' her aura from the mans after a separation'? I read it. And tried not to react, but the tears did flow.. and I felt a deep sadness, and heavyness reading it. For those of us women who have been less than awake in our pasts and slept with several people who we now wish we hadn't, it doesn't paint a rosy picuture. In fact I felt almost polluted feeling into this reality. In your post it says that the imprint of the male's aura on the female aura is permanent. In the past I have heard that the Sa Ta Na Ma meditation / Kirtan Kriya can help clear a man's imprint from a women's aura, so that she makes her aura 'hers' again. Is this not true? It's a depressing thought to think that I would have to carry the imprint of all my past failed realtionships around with me for the rest of this life time. A heavy thing. in truth and love, Krishan Shiva Kaur - "Krishan Shiva Kaur" <krishanshivakaur <Kundaliniyoga> Saturday, October 02, 2004 9:18 AM Re: Kundalini Yoga Intermingling Auras and sex? > > > For women, what is the necessary amount of time to 'de-mingle' your aura > from a partner you have had sex with? Guest guest
Dear Krishan Shiva Kaur, Sat Nam! Thank you for your honest letter. I am writing to cheer you up and tell you that you can take back your power and reclaim your aura!! SA TA NA MA is the meditation that Yogi Bhajan gave for a woman to clear her aura of imprints. Do this for 31 minutes everyday. I would say do it for 1000 days. Heh, that may be almost 3 years, but it is not a life time. 1000 days achieves mastery. After you have finished chanting this mantra, and any other meditation as well, sit quitely in the neutral mind and meditate on the stability, peace, purity and love of the Divine. In this space you are completely yourself. Keep doing this until you feel this purity fill your aura, your mind, your body and every cell of your body. Take your energy back by experiencing the purity of the Divine, which you are, fill you to the brim. It takes some time and practice, but it is completely possible. I do not know how long it takes, but you can feel progress everyday, which is great. Sit there, DO IT and ALLOW it. And LOVE what you feel. Sex or no sex, a big part of our spiritual journey is to cultivate our purity and enjoy it. It is not just sex that imprints our aura. There are many influences that we have to counter on a daily basis. We have KY and the science of mantra for this. The power of the Word washes away the past and purifies us. We are so blessed. Remember these teachings were given out by men. If women are so powerful that they can create babies, they can certainly clear their auras. The spin that leaves women feeling helpless is a male control trip that women buy into. Buy in no more, sister. Discard that part and claim your right to be whole, happy and complete within yourself. If you don't have my book The Destiny of Women is the Destiny of the World, get it on www.yogatech.com and read something from it everyday. Many women read it just before going to sleep at night. Even one page of this book will change your attitude and wake you up to your own glory. Men read it too for their empowerment. I never leave out men. We all need to wake up and live in the light of consciousness. To the wholeness and empowement of very woman and man on the planet, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
This is a great thread! I believe our auras mingle quite often without sex. I think when we're learning from a fine teacher we absorb their energy. I tbink just being near people in a group affects our energy. I know that when I clash with others it's on an energetic level. I even feel like I blend with the aura of the writer when I'm reading a book! Sex is a much deeper experience, but I think we are more transparent than we realize. Look at how plants are affected by music. Noise really affects us, too. Anyway, one thing I'm learning is that after the Yoga and meditation I really need to turn my thinking around. Otherwise I tend to wallow in pain from all the releasing! I forget about my blessings. It helps me to discipline myself to count them and appreciate the proggress. Guest guest
Yes, I do agree. We must realize that we are unique and while all created of energy we have some power over our attitude and strengths. If you are drawn to negative persons or abusive male relationships then build your strength in practice until YOU are neutral, and can withstand any negativity anywhere. This is your practice and goal-why think such thoughts. Be angry if you need to, but those thoughts and feelings will drain you also. But you must get complete before you may heal. It is your choice to be full of gratitude and loving, or to be full of memories/stories about victimization and fear. The biggest drain and toxifyer is fear. You cannot fear and love in the same moment. Stand in your greatness-God made you. And you are no accident. SaT Nam I am starting a new practice today- I am full of joy at all that has been revealed to me! J
