Powerful! Mentally you ask a question & listen for the answer as you gaze into a picture of the "Mahan Tantric Yogi Bhajan", not just any picture...this particular picture, he is in a total neutral stance... it is extremely rare for any master to have a photo that shows neutrality & a direct stare from the eyes (which is the only type of picture suitable for a Tratakam)...a photo with the direct stare of neutrality can heal & give you the ability to contact your own higher guidance... This meditation with the "detailed" directions & the picture can be ordered thru www.yogatech.com In the instructions it is suggested that "every" student of Kundalini should try this meditation....personally, I love it...I feel that I am in his presence...I see him... I see myself...(I knew right from the start that this was something that I wanted to do on a regular basis, everyday as part of my Sadhana, not just for 40 days... that is why I chose the color orange.)It was neat because when I had gotten the picture ready & sat it with the candles, all ready to go, I wanted to wait until the new moon to start the meditation, however...as soon as I set everything up I found myself so excited that I didn't want to wait....I started the very next morning...smile it's powerful, very beautiful & very effective....
