Guest guest
Sat Nam Krishan Shiva Kaur, Your tears are a sure indicator of unfinished business and are certainly a big part of clearing the past and healing your heart and mind. Full acceptance of the sadness and any anger at yourself or the other party is key to reorienting your perspective and regaining your sense of beauty, and that may just be enough. It's deep work and when dealing with such interpersonal stuff, I have found the Tratakam photo of Yogi Bhajan the most intimate tool....more intimate than even therapy, actually.** One day you may actually have feelings of being a virgin.....again. Neutral Mind (Yogic Mind) is no small thing and when you can be there once you have opened up these old feelings. From my perspective, the day you can actually say thank you to all previous experiences and present circumstances for without them you would not attained today's level of growth and spiritual completion, is the day you'll be shiny again with an attitude of gratitude. All of our pains and experiences, when fully embraced and processed have fruit to bear. This is Cherdi Kala (Spirit Rising). It's where we want our practice and devotion to take us. Lots of Amrit Vela Sadhana is great and/or Sa Ta Na Ma / Kirtan Kriya will make the process shorter. Check out Gururattan Kaur's email on Forgiveness ( Kundaliniyoga/message/19049 ). In it she writes "Forgiveness comes when we are in a different consciousness. Start out with the set on Pineal Gland in Sexuality and Spirituality to open the consciousness to the higher dimensions. Then do a set or meditation to pull this energy into the heart. The head and heart will merge and expand into one big space where all are included." This link is for her NMB on Forgiveness nmb42 You will always remember the times when you were "less than awake". Yogiji has said it takes seven years for the auras to work it out but I'd say don't concern yourself with how long you've read or heard this process will take. One is the Science and the other is how you ARE with the science or Con-science. The spirit is faster than light. Be thorough in your process TODAY and you'll be renewed TODAY. (go see What the #$*! do we know? http://www.whatthebleep.com/ for additonal inspiritation and a the crash course on Quantum Physics) Are you near or in an ashram? Group practice can be a big help. Sat Nam for now, Dharam Singh (a guy yogi) ** I play Guru Ram Das by Singh Kaur from her Crimson Collection 1 & 2 available at I found that practicing anytime between 2 and 6 am to be very beautiful and powerful. Desperation is a great motivate. I can suggest a mudra but will have to get back to you later with the description. Krishan Shiva Kaur wrote: > > Thanks for the post Dharam.
